1.1. Gir Village specializes in selling Organic and Natural Products, including A2 Bilona Ghee, Wooden Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil, and 100% Chemical-Free Jaggery (Desi Gud).

2. Product Information & Availability

2.1. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. Still, slight variations in Color, Texture, or Taste may occur due to the natural nature of our products.

2.2. Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit product quantities at any time.

2.3. While we ensure the highest quality, our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. Always consult a healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

3. Ordering & Payments

3.1. Orders can be placed through our website, and confirmation will be emailed upon successful payment.

3.2. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI. All payments are processed securely.

3.3. In case of a failed transaction but a money deduction, contact our support team, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

3.4. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

4.2. Shipping charges may apply based on order value and delivery location. Details will be provided during checkout.

4.3. In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or natural disasters), we will update you via email or SMS.

4.4. If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged package.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

5.1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

5.2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us with relevant photos within 48 hours of delivery.

5.3. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or refund per our policy. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.

5.4. Refunds will not be issued for reasons like taste preference or minor variations in color/texture due to natural processing.

6.2. Any fraudulent activity, misuse, or breach of terms may result in cancellation of orders and legal action.
