At Gir Village, we deliver high-quality organic and natural products, including A2 Bilona Ghee, Cold-Pressed Groundnut Oil, and 100% Chemical-Free Jaggery (Desi Gud). Since our products are perishable, we have a strict no-return policy. Still, refunds and replacements may be offered under specific conditions.

1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases :

  • Damaged or Leaking Products : If the product is damaged, broken, or leaking upon arrival.
  • Incorrect Product Received : If the delivered item differs from what you ordered.
  • Quality Issues : If you receive an expired or compromised product.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must :

  • Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept refunds or returns in the following cases :

  • Change of Mind : If you ordered the wrong product or no longer want it.
  • Minor Variations : Slight differences in color, texture, or taste due to natural production.
  • Delayed Delivery : Delays due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Opened or Used Products : If the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps :

1. Email us at support@girvillage.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Attach photos/videos clearly showing the issue.

3. Provide your order number, name, and contact details.

4. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • If approved, refunds to the original payment method will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • If a replacement is preferred, we will resend the correct product at no extra cost.
  • In case of payment failure or incorrect deductions, customers should contact their bank or payment provider before contacting us.

5. Shipping Costs for Refunds

  • If the mistake is on our end (damaged or incorrect product), we cover all costs for a refund or replacement.
  • If the customer provided incorrect shipping details, we are not responsible for refunding or reshipping.
